Sony Unveils PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for August 2025
Sony has revealed the next batch of PlayStation Plus monthly games for August 2025, continuing its 15th-anniversary celebrations for the subscription service.
Originally launched on June 29, 2010, PS Plus has delivered major titles in recent months, including Diablo IV, The King of Fighters XV, and Jusant. Now, subscribers can look forward to another trio of games—along with exclusive 15th-anniversary avatars as a special bonus.
"We’re thrilled to share a few more surprises!" said Adam Michel, PlayStation’s Director of Game Services. "Starting August 5, PS Plus members can claim a special set of 15th Anniversary Avatars inspired by beloved titles like Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy, Diablo IV, God of War Ragnarök, and Twisted Metal—all at no extra cost."

My Hero One’s Justice 2 | PS4
Leading this month’s lineup is Lies of P, the critically acclaimed Soulslike adventure inspired by Pinocchio, which earned an 8/10 in IGN’s review. Joining it is DayZ, the hardcore survival game that pioneered large-scale multiplayer survival and influenced countless battle royale titles. Rounding out the selection is My Hero One’s Justice 2, a 3D arena fighter that expands on the My Hero Academia anime’s explosive battles.
Reminder: Subscribers have until August 4 to add Diablo IV, The King of Fighters XV, and Jusant to their libraries before they rotate out of the PS Plus catalog.
