Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 may restore the largest folding problem, in line with new leak

The leaks keep for Samsung’s upcoming smartphone, the Galaxy Z Fold 4. This time, excellent Android Twitter tipster Ice universe(opens in new tab) has found out that the phone’s display is slated to have a less prominent crease.

According to the leaker, the crease will still be there to a point when the phone is unfolded, but should be smoother than it was on previous iterations, eventually solving an problem which has been plaguing Samsung's Fold lineup since its first iteration, the Samsung Galaxy Fold.

A constant problem

Samsung's original Galaxy Fold released with a plastic cover protective its main screen, which had a very outstanding crease. This would lead to an stressful glare, no matter whether you were using the phone inner or outside. Samsung has been working on solving this design flaw but has yet to fully overcome it.
A year of leaks

We've already visible a steady flow of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4-related leaks during 2022, and things are ramping up as we get closer to its anticipated release date.
We've put together a curated list of all of the leaks which have occurred this past year, which describe a foldable device with a 7.56-inch main display and a 6.19-inch cover screen. The phone may also sport the same 10MP optical zoom camera discovered on the Samsung Galaxy S22.
Hopefully, Samsung can determine out the creasing problem in time for the device's official launch, so we now not have to deal with an annoying line down the middle.
Judging by preceding release dates, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 is anticipated to arrive someday during late summer 2022. That said, there’s still time for modifications to be made and then eventually leaked, so stay tuned for more updates as they occur.
