The Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 is previously in active
development, and rumors have started pouring from South Korea once again.
According to this unique insider, the new foldable device will come in dual
colors that were firstly ready for the first Fold
The device will have a little bigger screen but will keep
the form factor, as well as the folding technology. However, one large
difference will be the weight of 229 grams - which is nearly 15% lighter than
the 263 g weight of the Galaxy Fold.
The story also says there is no room for an S-Pen and
Samsung is not planning to implement any - it will use the similar
manufacturing lines to build the Galaxy Fold 2. This will help the corporation
yield more units, as it expects the demand to be higher.
However, with the present coronavirus situation and the doubt
across global markets, there might be no change to the number of sales, even if
the whole manufacturing procedure is cheaper. There are also prospects that the
Galaxy Fold 2 might arrive with various memory mixtures in order to lower the
price tag a bit.
